The Systems Implementation & Support Consultant forms part of a small team responsible for implementation, training and support of applications throughout Australia.

You will be responsible for…

• On-site Implementation of specific products to the customer’s requirements includes Project Management, installation, configuration, data conversion and staff training.

• Develop and maintain expertise in the operation of the software products. Understand the specific products, both from a business and technology point of view.

• Provide technical assistance via phone

• Conduct interviews with prospects to determine requirements and where possible identify opportunities for business benefit using the product.

• Writing of custom Crystal Reports to meet customer requirements.

• Assist with proposals and tender responses as required.

• Undertake regular contact with clients to maintain professional relationships established with the client base.

Skills Needed

• Working knowledge of Local Government procedures and processes, preferably in the rating and finance areas. (Desirable)
• Experience in Windows, SQL, Access, Crystal reports (desirable)
• Well developed written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide software support of a technical nature both over the phone, on-site and via dial in to customer sites.
